Marketing inquiries
This is the marketing inquiry section of the ACP Teams Privacy Policy, effective October 17, 2026. The same section is published on the app privacy policy. This section applies to questions submitted on the ACP Teams marketing website. It does not change how ACP Teams keeps team financial, audit, or account records.
Marketing website inquiries are a separate record from team, account, and audit records. If you submit a question on the ACP Teams marketing website, we collect your name, email address, organization or team name, sport, number of teams, question, the type of request, your consent, and the marketing source for that visit, including UTM parameters, a referral address when the browser provides one, and the page path. Submitting that form does not create an ACP Teams account, accept an invitation, start a subscription, or collect a password or payment card.
The inquiry is stored in a dedicated ACP Teams account at GoHighLevel (HighLevel), with one open sales opportunity for the organization. A later question from the same email updates that record and does not open a second opportunity. We also send one internal email about the inquiry to support@athletecoachpro.com through Resend. That email is not sent to the person who submitted the form, and it is separate from account, invitation, and activation email.
We keep a marketing inquiry until it is closed and for up to 24 months after the last follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we do not need it for a legal or security reason. That 24-month limit is a retention commitment for the marketing inquiry record. There is no automatic deletion job for it. The limit does not apply to team charges, payments, fundraising credits, expenses, receipts, audit history, or account records, and those records are not deleted on a fixed schedule. We do not sell marketing inquiries, and the marketing page does not use advertising pixels.
