THE PROBLEM
The same balances get asked about in texts, at practice, and the night before a tournament.
Cash, checks, and notes live in different places, so the current balance is a reconstruction.
Credit earned by one athlete has to be remembered, then subtracted from the right charge.
Families want their own number: what was charged, what was paid, and what remains.
Each team can be organized while the organization still has no shared picture of those teams.
HOW ACP TEAMS WORKS
These are workflows in the current iPhone app. Android is not yet available. Public self-service registration is not open.
Create a charge, divide it across selected athletes, and see what each athlete still owes.
An authorized manager records cash or check against those charges. Parents do not enter their own cash or check payments.
Award credit to an athlete and apply it to an eligible charge. Credit lowers what that athlete owes. It is not a bank account, and awarding it does not add cash to the team fund.
Team funds come from money collected, shared revenue, expenses, and refunds. A request or approval does not move money. Recording an expense that was paid or reimbursed outside the app updates the fund. Receipts stay with the people authorized to see them.
A parent sees their own athletes’ charges, payments, fundraising credit, and remaining balance, plus team activity designated as visible. Another family’s balance stays private.
An organization can hold more than one team. Owners and authorized administrators oversee those teams. A coach membership does not by itself control organization funds.
Card payments are a separate setup. In-app card payments depend on that team or organization’s own completed payment setup. A subscription does not turn card collection on.
This page does not collect cards, create an account, or accept a team invitation.
WHO IT’S FOR
One team, one annual subscription, bought by that team’s owner in the iPhone app.
Multiple teams under one organization, with oversight that stays with the organization.
Charges, cash and check records, fundraising credit, and expense requests for the team they are authorized to manage.
Coaches work inside an authorized team. Parents see their own athletes. Neither needs an ACP Teams subscription.

PRICING
One independent team. The owner reviews the annual subscription in the iPhone app. Apple shows the price before purchase. No free trial.
$99 for the first year, then $249 per year. Limited to the first 50 eligible independent purchasers, subject to availability and controlled offer-code issuance. It is not applied automatically.
Pricing for a youth sports organization is arranged with us. Coaches and parents still do not buy their own ACP Teams subscription.
Standard Team is listed in the App Store at $249 per year. The owner purchases it in the iPhone app after access exists. This website does not take payment, and a team subscription does not set up card collection or pay athlete charges. Coaches and parents do not need a subscription.
FAQ
The independent team’s owner pays for that team: $249 per year, or the Founding Team price when an offer code is issued. Coaches, managers, and parents use the team without an ACP Teams subscription of their own. A multi-team organization is priced separately.

Yes. A person with payment permission can record cash or check received. Parents cannot record their own cash or check payments.
Fundraising credit is an accounting credit for one athlete. Applied to an eligible charge, it lowers what that athlete owes. It is not a bank account and it does not add cash to the team fund. Money the team actually collects from a fundraiser is recorded separately as team revenue.

WHY IT EXISTS
ACP Teams was created from firsthand experience managing more than 100 youth sports teams. It is for the person who collects the fees, answers the parents, and has to explain where the money went.
